With a present strength of about 2000 students, Dasar's High School was founded as an elementary school way back in 1919 by Dr.Henry Devadoss, B.A. LT, a social service activist who was keen in providing education to poor and needy people. He strongly felt Education alone would eradicate the poverty and uplift the poor in the society.
